Does it seem like fun and exciting? Again, we would love to show you to another adventure in extreme sport that is called 
WHITE WATER RAFTING.
White water rafting is an activity that challenge the physical and mental of individual as it is considered an extreme sport that can be dangerous and risky.

Our white water rafting adventure take place at Kampar River, Perak and this river's grade of difficulty is 2 and 3. We are using Riverbug as our guide for this rafting activity - Riverbug White Water Rafting Kampar

In order to feel the excitement and adventure, this is usually done on different degrees of rough water or white water that using an inflatable raft. That is why this activity is called white water rafting.

For your information, there are six grades of difficulty in white water rafting from simple to very dangerous :
i) Grade 1 - Very small rough areas (very basic skill level)
ii) Grade 2 - some rough water (basic paddling skill)
iii) Grade 3 - whitewater, small waves (experienced paddling skill)
iv) Grade 4 - whitewater, medium waves (whitewater experience)
v) Grade 5 - whitewater, large waves, large volume (advanced whitewater experience)
vi) Grade 6 - dangerous, huge waves, huge rocks and hazards (extreme skill)

ZOO'S VISIT VERSUS WALL CLIMBING part 2

FEEL THE CHALLENGE


For another extreme activity that we choose to try is WALL CLIMBING activity. Indoor and outdoor wall climbing is an increasingly popular form of rock climbing performed on artificial structures that attempt to mimic the experience of outdoor rock. 
It was an exciting and valuable experience.

Shah Alam Extreme Park was open from 8.30 a.m. until 5.30 p.m. Wall climbing is a good activity to challenge yourself to become braver and face your fear. It was a new experience for those who want to try it.

For the wall climbing activities, you need to have belay buddy to guide you except you a professional climber. During our activity, we have two belay buddy to guide us.
 The safety is priority to do this activity which the safety equipment are required like harness, belay device and rope. The other safety equipment will required depends on the wall challenging.

To start climbed the wall, the full of safety equipment are required and have briefing from the belay. 






This outdoor park have 3 features freestanding boulder blocks and a 2-poded freestanding climbing wall. Total climbing area 525 m2, total bouldering area 320 m2. The park was completed in February 2007, it is planned to be officiated in June 2007.

Wall climbing activity can be the first step for the climber or hiker to climb the real rock climbing.
